Attorney Daniel C. Carlton was born in 1950 in Los Angeles, California. He was raised in Huntington Beach, California and currently resides in Irvine, California. Mr. Carlton is a 1973 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State University in 1976.
Mr. Carlton was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1977 (California and U.S. District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California) and has been engaged in the practice of law since that time. He has served as a temporary judge and arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court and as an arbitrator for the Orange County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Carlton has been a Real Estate Broker in California since 1977. He is a member of the California Association of Realtors (Legal Referral Panel), Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Orange County Association of Realtors.
